At first blush...
The existing website looked good. No spinning logos, clean design. But there was a major problem: the only image on the homepage was a a concrete truck.
Call us crazy, but we doubt that any of their customers really care about the concrete truck. They care about the quality of the work and how it will look in their landscape.
Solution: Use large images on the homepage and throughout that showcase previous projects. Create galleries showing a large variety of work, and include a color chart so they know that it can be customized to their tastes.
